NOTICE OF FEBRUARY HOA BOARD MEETING

Please be advised that the board of directors for Fall Creek Addition HOA, Inc.
will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, February 16th at 7:00 P.M at the home of
Ken Martin, President of the board of directors for the Association: 2125 Autumn Trail.
This meeting is open to all members of the Association.
The agenda for the meeting will include:
- Review of monthly financial reports and expenditures
- Review of vitality grant project status
- Create and agenda for the annual meeting of the members
The board will convene in a private meeting to discuss collection of delinquent assessments.

Please be advised that the board of directors for Fall Creek Addition Homeowners Association, Inc.
will be holding a regularly schedule, monthly meeting on Thursday, January 19th, at 7:00 P.M. at
the home of Ken Martin, Director and President of the Board of Directors, 2125 Autumn Trail.
Members are invited to attend this meeting.
The agenda for regular monthly meetings includes: review of expenditures for the previous month,
review of the financial status of the Association, review of budget performance, discussion and
planning for the next phase of the City of Garland Neighborhood Vitality Grant project, and other
general business of the Association. For reasons of confidentiality, members will not be included
in discussions about collection of delinquent dues.

Community Garage Sale
Join other homeowners in a Fall Creek Community Garage Sale from Friday April 29 through Sunday May 1.
Signs at the Shalimar entrance and advertising on Craigslist will invite Garage Sale / Yard Sale enthusiasts to our community for a weekend of bargain hunting.
You'll be able to find new homes for your old items and perhaps clear up some space in your garage and around the house.
Visitors will enjoy saving gas and shopping a day's worth of garage sales in our 6 little streets.
Dust off your items, pull out your tables and be ready. You will be responsible for your own garage/yard sale, but will have heavier traffic than usual because of the number of homes having a garage/yard sale at the same time.
If you want to participate, here's what you'll need to do:
- Check the City of Garland's website Garage Sale Tips
- Contact 972-485-6400 to register a garage sale or to ask for more information. There is no fee required.
- Get a sign to place on your front yard and show your permit number on the sign
- Have fun !!
